PER CURIAM. James Thomas Hogin and Katherine Hogin sued T. Thomas Cottingham for invasion of privacy, outrageous conduct, and intentional or reckless infliction of emotional distress. The trial court granted Cottingham's motion for summary judgment, and the plaintiffs appeal. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
